How to Set up Nearify Mempod Pro 2S
Step 1: Enable Bluetooth or USB Adapter
- - Option 1: Turn on Bluetooth on your device
- - Option 2: Use the Bluetooth USB Adapter for PC
- Plug the adapter into your computer’s USB port. Turn on your Mempod Pro 2S — it will auto-connect.
- If the audio doesn’t work, go to your computer or conferencing software settings and set "Mempod Pro 2S" as the default input/output device.
Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode
- 1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones for 3 seconds until you hear "Pairing".
- 2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device.
- 3. Find and tap "MemPod Pro 2S" in the list of available devices.
- 4. Your headphones should pair within a few seconds.
Step 3: Switch to a Different Device
- 1.Turn off Bluetooth on the previously connected device.
- 2.Your headphones will automatically enter pairing mode again.
- 3.On the new device, turn on Bluetooth and follow Step 2 to connect.

Generate a Summary
- - Tap the summary icon for any audio record with a transcript over 1,000 words.
- - Wait a moment while the summary is created.
Keyword & Cross-Device Search
- - Tap the search icon to enter keywords and quickly find specific content in transcripts or summaries.
- - You can also search transcripts and summaries created on other devices linked to the same Mempod Pro 2S.

No. We do not store or access your audio recordings, transcriptions, or any personal data. All content is securely processed and stored through AWS, a trusted third-party cloud service that complies with international security standards.
Where is my data stored?
- Your data is stored in your own encrypted space on AWS Cloud. Nearity does not have access to the content of your recordings or transcripts.

Only you can access your data via the Nearify app. Nearity has no backend access to your personal data, and we do not share, analyze, or use your content for any commercial or internal purposes.

Do you share my data with third parties?

How can I delete my data?
You can delete individual files directly in the Nearity app, or request full account deletion by contacting our support team. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
What happens to my data if I delete the app or cancel my plan?
You can delete your recordings and transcripts anytime within the app. If you cancel your plan or delete your account, your data will be automatically removed from the cloud storage in compliance with privacy regulations.
