No. We do not store or access your audio recordings, transcriptions, or any personal data. All content is securely processed and stored through AWS, a trusted third-party cloud service that complies with international security standards.
Where is my data stored?
- Your data is stored in your own encrypted space on AWS Cloud. Nearity does not have access to the content of your recordings or transcripts.

Is AWS Cloud secure?
Yes. AWS Cloud is one of the world’s leading cloud providers and complies with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, and other international security standards. Your data is protected by robust infrastructure and encryption technologies.
Who can access my data?
Only you can access your data via the Nearify app. Nearity has no backend access to your personal data, and we do not share, analyze, or use your content for any commercial or internal purposes.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. This ensures your information remains secure during upload, processing, and storage.
Do you share my data with third parties?
Absolutely not. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. All processing is conducted securely via AWS Cloud, and your information remains under your control.
Does Nearity use my data to improve AI models?
No. We do not use your personal recordings or transcripts to train or improve any AI models. Your content remains private and untouched.
How can I delete my data?
You can delete individual files directly in the Nearity app, or request full account deletion by contacting our support team. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
What happens to my data if I delete the app or cancel my plan?
You can delete your recordings and transcripts anytime within the app. If you cancel your plan or delete your account, your data will be automatically removed from the cloud storage in compliance with privacy regulations.
