Users can return their Air/Tail for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the product is in unopened factory condition. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the “Return Conditions” specified below.

Return Conditions:

·Users must present a valid purchase receipt when returning the item. If the product is damaged by the user, or if the packaging box or any accessories are missing, the return will not be accepted.
·The refund of the paid amount will be processed within seven days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
·If any manufacturing defects occur within the first 30 days and these failures are confirmed by warehouse inspection, NearHub will refund all costs incurred during this return or exchange including shipping.

How do I get started?

Simply plug the NearHub Air hardware into your screen and connect to your network. Using a laptop on the same network, Open the NearRooms App and attach your new Air device. Then, you need to log in to the NearRooms Cloud platform and add a new device. Copy the token code and paste it into the NearRooms App. With this, the product configuration steps are complete. If you need any help, go to our help center or reach out.

What does “30 Day Return” mean?

At NearHub we believe in our offering and we want you to try out our platform with no strings attached. If the plan for some reason does not live up to your expectations in the first 30 days of you using it, you can return the hardware to us and we will refund you your full purchase.

What's the diferrence between NearRooms App and NearRooms Cloud?

The NearRooms App is a desktop client software primarily used for network configuration of the Air device, as well as for screen casting and basic digital signage within the local network. NearRooms Cloud is a content and device management platform that includes various forms of digital signage services (images, backgrounds, calendars, background music, third-party software integration) and allows IT personnel to easily manage screen on/off schedules and upgrades remotely.

Is NearHub Air compatible with any display screen?

Sure. NearHub Air comes with an HDMI port, allowing it to connect to any display screen via an HDMI cable. Additionally, NearHub Air has NearRooms service built-in, so even if your display screen does not have an operating system, you can still use digital signage and wireless casting features.
