30-Day Return Warranty
Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving their product if there are quality issues, provided that the product is still in its original, unopened condition. For products that have been activated or if the return is requested for personal reasons (such as fitness, appearance, or specific requirements), only a partial refund will be issued based on a prorated amount. In such cases, please contact [support@nearhub.us] via email to initiate the refund process.
Return Conditions:
- Users must present a valid purchase receipt when returning the item. If the product is damaged by the user, or if the packaging box or any accessories are missing, the return will not be accepted.
- The refund of the paid amount will be processed within seven days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
- If any manufacturing defects occur within the first 30 days and these failures are confirmed by warehouse inspection, Nearity will refund all costs incurred during this return or exchange, including shipping.

- Yes — the EP320 over ear noise cancelling headphone can answer and end calls when connected to a mobile phone (cellular calls only).
- Single press: Answer or end a call
- Double press: Redial the last number
- Note: This feature is not supported for IP phones, VoIP desk phones, or computer softphones. Some smartphones may support auto-answer when the headset is connected (check your phone settings). If the headset connects after a call starts ringing, you’ll need to answer the call manually.
- No. This wireless headset with mic for work EP320 does not support answering IP phone or third-party calling app calls directly using the headset button.
- For calls from an IP phone system or third-party calling software, you must first click “Answer” in the application interface (for example, by using your mouse or tapping the answer button in the software). Once the call is connected, you can then use the headset normally for the conversation.
- The MFB button on the headset only supports answering mobile cellular calls (the phone’s built-in system phone calls). It cannot be used to answer calls from IP phone systems or third-party calling applications.
- No, because this noise cancelling headphone for work does not have a 3.5mm or RJ9 port, and traditional phones can only connect headsets through these ports.
- If the phone has a USB port and supports USB audio, this headset with noise cancelling mic can be connected via a USB dongle.
- Our noise-cancelling headset with mic supports Bluetooth and USB-A dongle connections and is primarily designed for use with computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
- While some Polycom VVX desk phone models (such as VVX 600 / VVX 601) offer built-in Bluetooth and may allow pairing, please note the following important limitation:
- Even if the headset can be connected to the Polycom VVX phone, it does not support direct call control functions (such as answering or ending calls from the headset).
- When a call comes in, you must first answer the call on the IP phone itself.
- After the call is connected on the phone, you can then use the headset for audio (listening and speaking).
- In short, the headset can be used for audio once connected, but it cannot replace the phone for handling call operations.
