In the workplace, you may need to share your canvas with your partners who work remotely. Here are some tips on how to share canvas on the NearHub Board.
Note: Users can share canvas from their whiteboards or computers. If you want to share canvas from your computer, please visit https://app.nearhub.us/login and sign in your account on the Web.
Step 1 Identify different icons
First, take a look at the upper right corner of your canvas. There are a few different icons at the corner. The right one is the button for presentation mode. It can help you realize a full screen presentation without any loss of detail. The blue rectangle button in the middle is the invite button.
Step2 Click the invite button and share your canvas in different ways
Click the invite button and then you can see 4 sharing options appearing on the screen.
First, you need to enter the email address of our collaborators, so that they can be invited to join the whiteboard directly.
Second, you can tap on “Obtain the whiteboard invatation code” to get a canvas code, as you can see the number in the next image, and then your teammates can join the whiteboard by entering the same code on their devices.
Third, you are able to click on “Whiteboard sharing link”, and then share your whiteboard directly through other apps like Teams, Skype, Whatsapp and much more.
Fourth, share canvas through QR code. NearHub enables some teammates who use tablets and mobile to join the whiteboard by sharing the QR code. Click the last line in the following picture and the code will come out. This is a great option for meetings in a really large space, so that everyone can scan the code easily.
Step3 Set your permission
NearHub Board enables you to choose different permission for all other users on the Internet and for team members. You can allow them to view, to edit, or forbid them from viewing it by choosing “No access”.
If you meet any problems in the process or have any further questions, please submit a support ticket here. Our support team will respond as soon as possible.
