3. Login to your Zoom app once you have opened the application, you will be directed to the "Sign in" screen, on which you will be presented with the option to sign in with SSO. If you are a Cornell-affiliated user, please enter "cornell" when prompted for the company domain. And login with your Cornell NetID and password. If you do not have a Cornell NetID, please contact https://it.cornell.edu/ for assistance in creating one. By following these steps, you should be able to successfully access the application and begin using it for its intended purpose.
Tips: If you use two-step login, you will then see that authentication screen as well. If you have two-factor authentication enabled for CUWebLogin, you will also need to execute your Two-Step login after entering your credentials. Some units require mandatory two-factor authentication.
