You can connect one expansion mic AM01. The V30S’s built-in microphones cover a 5-meter radius, while each expansion mic adds an additional 3-meter radius. With the extension mic, you can cover an area of approximately 13m × 5m, ensuring every participant is heard clearly.
Does this have a full-duplex function so multiple speakers can be heard clearly by all participants on the other end?
Yes, Nearity V30S supports full-duplex communication, allowing multiple speakers to be heard clearly and simultaneously.
What is the effective pickup distance for the microphone?
The effective pickup distance for the microphone in the Nearity V30S is up to 5 meters radius (approximately 16 feet), which can capture clear audio from all directions within a meeting room.
What video conferencing software does the Nearity V30S work with?
It works with nearly all web-based video conferencing software, including Zoom, Google Meet, Skype for business, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.
Can I adjust the wencam angle or zoom during a meeting?
Yes, you can adjust the webcam angle and zoom in or out. This video conference webcam is equipped with a remote control that allows you to easily zoom in and out, as well as reposition the camera to focus on different participants or content being shared.
Do I need to install any additional software to use it?
No extra software is required. Our webcam is plug-and-play — simply connect it to your computer with a single USB cable, and it’s ready to use.
What is the field of view? What size meeting room is it suitable for?
